Concentrate of "Gifts of the Arctic" for use in phyto barrels

One package (4g) of «Gifts of the Arctic» concentrated powder dissolve in 400-500ml. of fresh warm water with temperature not exceeding 40 °, periodically mix thoroughly. Pour the prepared stock solution into a boiler, but previously pour 2–3 liters of water and start heating solution up to 40 ° C. The amount of water in a boiler is selected individually for each phyto barrel, it is based on discharge of stock solution, being sprayed in the form of steam for 15 minutes. The principle of operation of the equipment is characterized by the forced feed of steam at a temperature of 40 ° C. under no circumstances, the production of steam may be implement in a natural way by boiling the water. In the process of boiling the solution, most of the biologically active substances are being destroyed.

The duration of the procedure is 10–15 minutes. After the procedure, it is recommended not to rinse the body, but to wet up the body with a sheet of cloth or towel.
